We offer snorkeling tours to the island of Lanai as well as whale watching from Lahaina. We are a small company and rely heavily on reviews and word of mouth. Helpful, knowledgeable crew- liked that the raft was positioned to give everyone a fair chance at viewing the whales. I also really think handing out numbers to people as they check in & boarding in that order is genius. I have been on many whale watch excursions & some are a stampede onto the boat.
I would like to give a special mention to your biologist as he took time to chat with all passengers, asking where they were from etc., patiently answering questions & making sure we were okay taking the pounding @ the front of the raft – it was rough, but we chose the seat for the photo ops.
